Ms Jessica's Class - Preschool 1

Hi, everyone!

I cannot believe it’s already September! It’s that time of year where school has started, so a lot of our older kids went to school. It’s such a bitter sweet time, watching the kids grow and move on to the next stage of their lives, and then we get new kids to form bonds with and watch them grow. Over the next month we will be having new friends enter our class; I can’t wait to watch the new relationships blossom!

This past month we have been having so much fun! As always, we are spending as much time as we can outside in the fresh air. We have explored so many different sensory activities. We put sand in a bucket above our light table and the children drew in it which was a big hit. We also played with oobleck (cornstarch and water) which was another big hit. The children love getting messy, and it was an easy clean up which is always a plus.

This next month we are going to be focusing on forming those relationships with our new friends. We will be learning all about one another, and I personally can’t wait for it.
