CDA Prep Course Available!!

Have you been thinking about starting a career in child care? Are you already in child care, but are ready to take the next step in your career? Then our CDA Prep program is for you!

Take the next step towards a career in early childhood education and join us for a CDA Prep Course. The Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education (ECE) and is a key stepping stone on the path of career advancement in ECE. This class will provide all 120 hours of CDA seat hours and some classroom hours. Our goal is to provide a positive, enthusiastic, and professional training that provides top quality educators not only for our centers, but for centers in our communities as well.

Who are we? Delaware Child Development is a leading child care provider and trainer in the northeastern Oklahoma area. We want to work with you to ensure that the professionals working with our children are well versed in their learning and development and can provide safe and healthy environments.

Who are you? Someone who is ready to jump in head first to learn how to be the best educator for our youngest learners. You don’t have to have any experience in child care, but if you do, that’s great! You must be able to share why you are interested in being an educator for children from birth to age five.

What will you get? We think this is critical to growing our educator base, so we are providing weekly stipends, all 120 classroom hours towards the CDA credential, and possible job placement support for the rock stars who complete the training.
