Ms Brooklyn’s Class—Toddler 1

Happy New Year from T1!

December was an exciting month for T1! We had so much fun preparing for the holidays; our tots really had fun painting with red and green! Also, our Holiday collages and Christmas tree handprints were a blast to make! Our Christmas program was a success. Thank you to all the parents who came and supported our little ones. I know our children enjoyed learning “Jingle Bells” and “Chubby Little Snowman!”

Our new year brings new fun as we head into our theme of Winter Wonderland for January! We will be playing with different variations of Blue and White in art. We also have a snowflake painting to complete, along with playing with Ice in our sensory table. Our children are continuing to work with using their utensils, learning to pour their own milk, and serving themselves for lunch and snack.

Some exciting news is that Ms Brooklyn will be back in T1 at the beginning of the year. We have missed her! Nonetheless, we want to give a big “thank you” to Ms Susan for stepping in to T1 and helping our children learn, grow, and play!

Just a reminder that we do still play outside when it is cold. Please remember to dress your children warmly with heavy coats, hats, gloves, and scarves to keep them bundled up!

Once again, Happy New Year from T1, and we look forward to all the fun the new year will bring!

Ms Amanda
