Hello to all!
Can you believe it's August already?!
I want to take a moment to recap July as it was a busy month. We have had several developmental milestones occur such as rolling over, and a few of the older infants/toddlers are even beginning to stand on their own. We are very proud of these accomplishments that have been made. I also want to remind parents to continue to check kid reports daily as this is a very helpful tool that allows for day-to-day communication between the parents and teachers such as reminders, pictures, and just an overall look at your child's day.
As we all know, August is one of Oklahoma's hottest months, and with that being said, while we will still go outdoors as much as possible, the time we spend outdoors may be limited. Sunscreen will be applied, and each child will have their own water cup that they will have access to at all times. Here is a website that shares some wonderful ideas and activities to do with your baby outdoors.
