Hello, Preschool 2 families!
We have greatly missed seeing all of our friends these past few weeks, but I am glad that our families are staying healthy and staying safe. On this website (https://thesimpleparent.com/glitter-germs-activity-for-kids/) there is a fun activity you can do at home with the kids to help teach them about germs. The main supplies you would need for this activity is glitter and lotion.
For the month of April, we will be learning about bugs. With the weather warming up, the children have noticed seeing a few bugs while outside. We will explore and identify the variety of bugs we might see. The children will also be able to experience the life cycle of a butterfly and ladybug. We will have real caterpillars and baby ladybugs to watch them grow and develop. Once the butterflies and ladybugs are ready, we will be able to release them outside. If our families have any fun bug books or bug toys that they would like to share with the class, they are welcome to bring them in.
