Oklahoma Right Start Infant Toddler Project Is looking forward to some changes. While we are learning more about our new perimeters, we are putting a hold on taking new applications. We want to be sure that when we share information and invite you to be a part of our project, that we are giving you the most accurate and up to date information available. Our goal is to improve the quality of child care programs by building a strong relationship-based foundation of care for infants and toddlers.
