Dear Friend,

Springtime is such a wonderful opportunity to help children appreciate their outdoor environment and build memories that last a lifetime! Spending time outdoors is very beneficial to their development, so make it a central theme in your curriculum, especially when the weather is so nice!

Now that the flowers are blooming and trees are budding and leafing out, build into your art and science curriculum activities that will inspire the children to watch the new life and growth around them, making their natural environment more appealing. Click here to read an article on the power of outdoor play!

"Teaching children about the natural world should be seen as one of the most important events in their lives."
