Tina McClintic holds a bronze level directors credential and has a total of 16 years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. 11 of her years were spent owning and operating her own licensed two-star Family Child Care program. Tina has adopted her own philosophy that families are the first teachers and are the link between the educational setting and home. She believes that when parents are engaged in their child’s education, parents and teachers can work as a team to supply consistency in the development of their child.
